Can I Be Hypnotized?
In simple terms, hypnosis is a deep state of relaxation where your brain waves drop from Alpha, through Beta, and into Delta. This is a completely natural process that every individual goes through multiple times a day. You go through this process when you go to sleep and come out of it when you wake up every day. If you can sleep you can be hypnotized.

What is the Subconscious?
The Subconscious is the part of the mind which one is not fully aware but which influences one's actions and feelings. The easiest example to understand is that of driving, when you first started to drive you checked the mirrors, turn signals, adjusted the seat etc, now you just get in your car and drive. You have driven so many times at this point that it becomes a pattern that you access from your subconscious, these patterns are very useful during the average day, letting us operate efficiently in thought, you don't think through the actions of walking and chewing gum at the same time, you just do it. These patterns can become troublesome though if you have developed an unhealthy pattern with food, sex, anxiety, stress. These subconscious patterns can repeat without you wanting them to?
Why choose hypnosis?
One session of Hypnosis is equivalent to 6 sessions of talk therapy. The reason for this is that talk therapy takes the emotion or feeling from the subconscious to the conscious, Hypnosis access the subconscious where that feeling, emotion or pattern is stored.
